How do you know it's cheaper if you can't get one here??

Suprised Holden don't stock OEM batteries!!

There is a place in Dandenong that sells 'most' kinds of car batteries, you could try them. Sorry I cant remember what they are called.

well i know they are cheaper, as a few members purchased it for ~$120

called up a few holden dealers.. some use Century, others Supercharge..

well after trying to source one, they are asking $210 for it..

don't understand how others are sourcing for them for $120.. ($90 trade price).

i think i'm going to my local autobarn.. haha..

Let me know if you haven't bought it yet, I'm an AC Delco agent, and even with shipping it may still work out less...

hey,

I would have ordered off you, but alas purchased one from a dealer today.. not one of the items you can wait for or order in advance unfortunately..

would have been roughly the same turnaround as AC Delco would have prob deliver to the end customer.

couldn't wait... for the sake of others, you should list the price :) as I know it will be reasonable.

i'll keep you in mind when I need one for the BMW which is 7 yo.

My car turned 5 yo last month... so while it lasted a while, I would have liked it to last alittle bit longer..

Oh this AC Delco has 320CCA Din or 580CCA Sae, so its a very decent battery :D

Did you end up getting decent prices on them?

If people are getting them for $90 then that's pretty good! I've just priced it up, and the best I can do is $170, which is still well below the list price of $201.18 PLUS GST (ie. $221.29).

Shipping to Sydney $14, Melbourne $20.

Greg...

naaah no where near $90... i got it alittle cheaper than $170, but that was mates rates...

even @ $170 + shipping, its still cheaper than what they normally sell for and what other brands (exide, century, bosch, supercharge etc.) sell for at Kmart, Autobarn, etc, around $210-$220

unfortunatly, batteries are one of those things you can plan for nor can wait a few days for... just gotta hope for the best

Mate that's true. I was just curious as I don't deal with AC Delco alot despite being an authorized agent, so I was more just curious to see what sort of pricing they've got me on.
