The XC90 is cool, but the dash needs an update. The new RR Sport is really AMAZING...Stornaway Grey or Ebony Black...NICE... ;)

Yeah, remote central-locking and total-closure all work perfectly still, as well as the hand-brake cut. Initially when I hooked it up I couldn't lock the car until the engine cut but it wasn't too hard to fix it by wiring it up slightly differently. Thankfully the central-locking is exclusively disabled only when 'accessories' (or Ignition I) is active, not the ignition (or Ignition II). But even if it were, you could still bypass it... there is always a way!

The brand of timer shouldn't matter; it's a simple matter of wiring it differently. I'd be happy to help anyone out if they wanna get this working in their SRi-T - just drop me a PM

Not sure if the guys would want the car on the dyno if its mis-behaving.

On idle (75% of the time) it surges to 2k then back down to 1200rpm then back then back down etc etc. Not a plesant drive with a 3" exhaust :D everyone thinks i want a run!!

seems to be the exact symptoms i had the other day...
i ended up pulling over and disconnecting the air temp sensor, car stalled, then clipped it back in and it run smooth, but a bit sluggish, ECU reset when i got home, and ran perfect afterwards....

As the Z20LET has a Drive by wire throttle body, isn't the sensor buit in to the electronic throttle body?? I have a spare if you need to borrow one....I'm not sure if there is a separate stand alone throttle position sensor...

You prob will need the injectors and pump at a minimum (and an ECU tune to suit of course :) )unless there's a spare 30%+ flow overhead in your system.

Not sure on the lines. Size should be OK, though upsizing never hurts, but it can take E10 fuels so it might be OK.
Teflon line can cost a a fair amount though.

Would love to use E85, but there's still only 1 or 2 NSW service stations with it here!!!!!

mine overboost to 22psi, holds 15-16psi and then drops and holds 11psi after about 5,5000rpm all the way to the limiter. Im running the second hottest map.\

His car should be holding more than 12psi of boost... My guess is actuator needs adjusting or a new one is needed.

I'd get it adjusted on a dyno, safest way to do it just so you can see what holding pressure it reads after it's adjusted, unless you've got a pretty accurate boost gauge.

Leaning out is when the engine isnt getting enough fuel, therefor its more suseptable to detonate. Running rich is where its getting too much fuel and will rob you of power.

Running rich is DEFINATELY better than running lean....

Discounting the lean spike to 14:1, it looks overly rich but typical of the Z20LET Bosch tuning.

They run 10:1 to 11:1 for saftety to help cool things down.

Good power though all the same......

Its the same run Glen, one has a/f ratio and the other has psi.

@Casey: your a/f ratio ends up at the right place but is all wrong in the middle. Notice how the power curve has a big dip? That should be nice and flat, so should the a/f ratio. At the start you are running a bit lean then it takes a nose dive and becomes rich. You want your a/f ratio to be stable around 11:8 throughout most of your map.

Make much more sense now!!! So hard to read on an iPhone!!! text is too small in the photos. Should have realised all the same.....

Sometimes not the sharpest knife in the draw..More like a hammer today I think...Blunt and heavy.. ;)

Between 12:1 and 12.5:1 is where you should look. 11.8:1 sounds about close enough (for normal unleaded fuel that is)....

Probably more of a result of crap quality or old 02 sensors rather than the ecu. Most tuners adding interceptors will suggest throwing on a wideband to smooth things out.

Just had a retune. E85 wont be happening till after the wedding in Sept.

Still trying to see if 470cc injectors will do the job, by the looks of it wont be able to tell until they do a test tune. If not i'll be getting 630cc which will do the job ;)
