Hello again,
so now a bit more personal stuff:
I am 28 years old, have graduated at the university of applied sciences, do now work in a research & development department of a big german company for almost four years.
From 2001 to 2003 I drove a Astra 1,6l 16V Edition 2000 which was almost original execpt the -60/-40 suspension kit. In 2003 I had the possibility to drive an AstraOPC2 at a promotion show at my local dealer, and the biiiig smile won't go out of my face :)
Well, since 06/03 I do have a ardenblue AstraOPC2 which is and stays almost original except some additional gauges (oil temp, oil pressure, boost / vac, all with white faces) and a phone kit for Siemens mobiles.
Well, thats all folks,
Ciao, Mane....

Hey Imay,
I really like this page. I have read yesterday at least some hours and there are a lot of interesting topics. What is most interesting for me are the small diffs in the Astras which are available all over the world.
But as I also read we all do - more or less - know the same companys like Steinmetz, Eibach, Irmscher and so on.
So keep on drivin, so if you or anyone else has some german-specific quessis......just ask :)
C u, Mane...

Yes, at this time +1°C to +5°C. YouŽll need to have good clothes to have fun...and we did !
Sideinfo: If you come one time to Europe during summertime, go to Austria and drive this road. Starting at ~1100m you go 48km over the alps up to 2576m by car. More Info and fantastic pics: http://www.grossglockner.at/en/
