Worlds ugliest car

Ok, so theres been a few polls about fast cars and cars under $20k, but what i'm cureious about is, what do you think the ugliest car out there is? If you have or can post a link to, somesort of picture of your choice please do.. try and keep it to stock cars, ie straight from the dealership floor..

here is my choice..

the Ssangyong Stavic - possibly the ugliest car in existence, and definatley a prime example of why car designers should not do drugs..

but if you're talking about more 'main stream' cars... then you cant go past the toyota echo sedan..... ugliest car in Australia!

yeah it does look strange, i saw one last thursday night... but the speedo is just an image... in a tunnel... hard to explain... i dont think its that bad tho...

I don't like the centre dials - they freak me, and that whole tunnel vision, meh! Least the echo had digital speedo didn't it?

That would be easier to read on the angle I would think.

I don't know - having it there makes it that much easier for Mum to turn around and say "You're speeding again Crispin" and me not be able to argue the angle she can see it on.

Nothing changes the fact that it's an ugly interior anywho.

I don't really like the Lancer interior either - very basic, even on the VR-X. Haven't seen an evo interior.

yeah it's a little Galant looking - which was the inspiration for the car.

but it's still refreshing and alright looking. Nice 18"s on it, or even 19"s and a black one... nice.

But I agree we seem to have a whole generation of ugly cars coming out.

The Mazda 2 is another one. Really poxy looking.

RE: 380 - I don't mind the rear, it reminds me of the current model Mustang - but from the rear 3rd quarter forward, it's just.... ho hum.... completely uninspired.

I didn't used to like the look of Saabs until the most recent models came out, particularly the 9-3. That is one nice looking car. Wouldn't buy one though, too expensive for what it is.

My main problem with the 1 series isn't the shape, it's the detailing. The headlights/grille are ugly (it has sort of a 'startled' expression) and the rear end with that dished-in tailgate looks awful too. With a fairly minor facelift, it would be a decent looking car.

Sorry to the 6 series fans, but it's the headlights/grille and rear end that let that car down too.
