It's only a base tune for the conversion to e85 as there was still a bit of 98 in the tank. Will only be about 170 atm I think, will get my dyno and road tune in august
put it up on hoist to see if anything was causing the wheel alignment to be out.
while it was up I polished the exhaust and pulled off b-pillar stickers.
Got some genuine pedal covers thanks to @guy 27 :)

Nice =)
Pulled the spark plugs out of the car to see if my suspicion of it running rich was true, turns out the plugs are white. Id say they are well and truely gone. This may very well be my issue =P

If they are white it would indicate it running lean, which would possibly tie in with your other issue of the unsteady idle/hunting if it were sucking air somewhere after the AFM.
Replaced the plugs with standard ngk replacements. Tried to go with a cooler plug but from factory it already specifies a 6.
The standard plugs are twin electrode which might have something to do with it (I know they dont both spark at once)
I noticed cylinder number 3 seemed to be leaner than the rest, the other plugs apart from white on the electrode only, seemed to be normal wear according to the ngk website and from memory.
New plugs are in now and while there is a notable improvement, everynow and then there is a missfire.
Rattle under low end accelleration has dropped to a small blip here and there, im now thinking the rattle wasnt a belt tensioner, it might have actually been knock.
I inspected the two pipes coming off the top of the rocker cover to the TB and they check out. No obvious leaks around the maf or the intake pipe. Im going to hopefully pull the TB off to clean it soon (hoping its not a huge stuff around) The hunt continues. :(
